Our family of 5 came to Worland 12 years ago with a love for adventure and new experiences. We developed an appreciation for the mountains and the activities the Big Horn Basin as well as the entire Wyoming playground provides us. Our family is passionate about people pursuing what you love and strive to help others recognize that value.
Drawing on my 27 years of experience with sales and service in the cosmetology industry, my personal love for art, design and detail, my goal is to help you in the pursuit of “loving where you live”. Allow me the opportunity to assist you, whether across town or across the country, to make your move a memorable experience.
I am a Montana native, raised in Wyoming on a ranch. I have experienced every aspect of ranch life including raising beef, maintaining crops and bookkeeping. I also have adequate knowledge in banking and Ranch Real Estate.
I hold an accounting degree and have been employed as a mortgage loan processor.
Let my knowledge and passion for Agriculture and Real Estate assist your future goals of finding the perfect home or ranch.
Kent Foulger has been a Worland resident for over 20 years. He moved here with his wife and 3 daughters to build and run a successful business. In the spring of 2020, Kent decided to retire from retail after 40 years. This opened the doors to a new career in real estate.
Kent has been very involved in the community over the years. He has been an avid supporter of many local organizations and events. He has also supported his daughters, and now his grandchildren, in all their many activities.
Kent has always enjoyed the social aspect of his job. He hopes to be able to still serve those he has gotten to know over the years by helping them through the process of buying or selling a home.

She understands busy schedules and the demands and needs a family has on a house. Let her help you find the perfect home for your family so that you can enjoy your life.
I am a University of Wyoming Alumni, earning a B.S. in Chemical Engineering in 1995. I worked in the energy services industry for 20 years before joining Washakie County School District #1 as a case manager in the Special Education department in January 2016. My husband, Mark, and I have lived in Worland for 25 years, raising our 3 boys here. We have enjoyed following all of their sports and activities throughout the years. Our family also enjoys hunting, fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities. Looking for additional challenges as I become an empty-nester, I have been drawn to a field in which I have always been interested. I am excited for the opportunity to assist people in navigating through the home buying and selling process!
